SHERMAN OAKS, CA (February 26, 2023) – Saturday morning, a person died in a two-vehicle crash on 101 Freeway and Coldwater Canyon Avenue.
 
The incident happened at around 1:13 a.m. on the westbound Ventura (101) Freeway and the Coldwater Canyon Avenue on-ramp.
 
According to CHP Officer Elizabeth Kravig, two vehicles collided near an off-ramp for still unknown reasons.
 
Moreover, responding paramedics pronounced one person dead at the scene.
