1 Killed in Leggett Multi-Vehicle Accident

LEGGETT, CA (November 23, 2018) – A person was killed following a multi-vehicle accident that closed Highway 101 near Leggett on November 21.

The incident occurred after 2:00 p.m. near Highway 1 in Northern Mendocino County.

According to a witness, one of the vehicles involved in the collision was torn in half. However no other details have been released at this time.

The California Highway Patrol is currently conducting the investigation.
