CHP Investigates Deadly 2-Vehicle Crash on Harrison Street in Thermal
Thermal, CA (May 25, 2023) – Thursday afternoon, one person died and another sustained injuries in a 2-vehicle crash on Harrison Street.
The fatal 2-vehicle crash on Harrison Street in Thermal happened around 2:49 p.m. on May 25.
CHP said the collision involved a Ford Ranger and a Toyota Corolla.
When firefighters arrived on the scene, one of the two vehicles involved was on its roof, fire officials said. It was not immediately clear which of the two vehicles had overturned.
One person was pronounced deceased at the scene at 3:06 p.m., according to the CHP.
EMS transported one person to a hospital with minor injuries.
Further investigation into this crash is ongoing.
