What Follows Fatal Pedestrian Accident

While assigning blame is usually one of the last things you would consider doing in a time of a devastating loss, it is important to make sure your family is covered in the face of tragedy.

“Insurance companies will try to save money, even if it means not fully compensating a family for the death of a loved one. When a family retains an attorney immediately, it gives them time to grieve their loss, and their attorney can start focusing on holding suspects accountable,” says Tyler Toomey, a practicing attorney at Sweet Lawyers.

Sweet Lawyers have been pursuing justice for over 40 years. Our mission is more than being legal representation. We know cases like this can be tough, especially if those responsible are still at large.
